What data we process and why

• Service and quote requests: name, phone, town, type of service and the message you send, so we can call you and deal with your request.
• Providing the service and invoicing: the data needed to issue the invoice and meet tax obligations.
• Proof of access: for openings, we check that the person is entitled to enter the home or vehicle; we don't keep copies of documents unless required by law.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form or contact us, the performance of the service you request and compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax).

How long we keep it

Requests that don't become a job are deleted when no longer needed. Invoicing data is kept for the periods required by law.

Who we share it with

We don't pass your data to third parties unless legally required. Providers of technical services, such as web hosting, are involved. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email in the footer. If you feel we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Form and security
